I plan to make a character that will engage in a lot of PvP in EVE Online and so I need some help from people who are already playing the game. Which skills should I develop for best PvP performance, particularly if I want to be able to target faster? Thanks a bunch!

Targeting skills are necessary for someone who plans to PvP a lot. For faster targeting you need a skill called ‘Signature Analysis’ which increases your targeting speed by 5% with each skill level. Other than that, I’d recommend you the ‘Electronic Warfare’ skill for PvP because it can cause your enemies to be unable to target anything for 20 seconds and that can decide the battle.
