What exactly does this skill do? And how is it different from the diplomacy skill? Im sorry if this has been asked before but Im in a bit of a hurry so I didnt have the time to do the thorough search. Id be really grateful for a quick reply!

Connections skill raises your standing with neutral or friendly corps, for 4 whatever you have normally. Diplomacy only raises your standings with the unfriendly corps and I think the amount is the same. Since 10 is the max, it means that if your rating is 0 it will become 0.4 on the first level and so on.
