Hi there! I am having some strange problems with the character transfer tool today. I get the message saying that 'an unknown error has happened' and I have to restart my browser. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is it up to me or is it the CCP? What should I do to fix this?

I have had the same problem a few days ago. I petitioned CCP but they didn't respond and when I tried it again it worked normally. I assume it just gets stuck from time to time. You just have to be patient and try it again after an hour or something like that. I hope it sorts out and you get to do the transfer you want.
