I've heard that this is possible but I don't know much about this since I'm new to EVE. I was in a hurry when I made my first portrait and I would really like to make another one. could anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot! And just one more thing: can I change my name too?

Just remember that portrait has to match the race, gender and bloodline to the previous one. As for the name, unfortunately you won't be able to change it. Only if you have some name with something offensive in it it will be automatically changed into citizen .
