Hey guys! I’ve been reading about this game a lot lately, everyone just keeps on praising it and I think that EVE is just the game for me. I just love spaceships and such and I suppose I might be good at it. I’m going to open an account soon and I’d like some help on it from you. Which race should I choose if I plan to do a lot of PvP?

The best race for PvP is the race you like the most. It doesn’t matter what other people say about who’s good and who’s not – every race has it’s good and bad sides but if you choose a race that you’re not that interested in just because you’ve heard they’re good in PvP, you’ll get bored quickly and you’ll quit the game. When you have some real questions feel free to ask but just after you create a character that is you.

Yup its pretty balanced I think. But I always liked Caldari ships best, with missiles. Although I heard they nerfed that a bit recently.
Anyway, im thinking Caldari or Amarr. But the race you choose doesnt matter much, you can learn all ships with all races just as well. I am gallente and use only caldari ships.
