Maybe they should just turn NO into the nation's prison, rebuild the walls and post guards and shit like in those l33t Kurt Russel movies.
That way, if there was another hurricane, it would be no big deal, 'cause it would be like an incarcerational hazard.

I think we should take over cuba, lock castro in a prison and make him listen to acid rock 24h a day, indoctrinate all the native cubans into learning english and loving the US, or else lock them up in Castroville too, then move the rest to florida, and turn cuba into a prison island.
