So there I was in STV and off a regular raptor drops this

Needless to say I promptly dropped chunk in my drawers. Then promptly sold it, since I needed a mount and I wasn't giving it away.

level 48 snagged it for a buyout of 30 gp within 2 minutes of putting it up. I probably could have gotten 50, but I'm not greedy. I got my mount, and I'm satisfied. If I had more patience I supposed I could have hung onto it for a few months and gotten several hundred gp for it.
/shrug.. easy come easy go

Ya you could have put it for for 70+ easy, thats cool though in all of beta and release i have never got one, and only one person in guild got one in beta.

epic drops at that low lvl arent worth it, getting a mount is by far more helpful to lvling than having 2 extra dps on your weapon... lvls in this game go to fast for anything but high end items to really be worth bankrupting yourself over. Maybe I am biase tho i have no idea what items actually cost on the market!

Not sure about that, Tol. That'd set me well off as far as weapons go, and, being a Paladin, the mount is free. My bet is that by the time I log on next, they'll have patched and made it an actual quest. o nos.

maybe but theres alot of stuff thats very nearly as good out of instances not much higher lvl than these drops... the one exception is hunters because itemization on bows is kinda s****y atm in the instances.
