Methods for recharging should be plentiful and completely irrelevent. There's no reason for me to put a +100hp buff on my level 10 warlock armor (lozl!) and never have it fade.

No, indeed. But that armor itself will soon enough become obselete in which case you have to get the new piece reenchanted. It evens out, I think.

Charges 30g + mats for out of guild, and has made 500g since the patch =O
