Thats what happens when you let Blizzard design armor gfx. I agree that the helm looks decent but the shoulders just look god awful.

They blew up like a hotdog left too long in a microwave.
We were actually doing well. Had 40 people keyed for Onyxia, started on MC ect. Had a bit of problem in MC one day when some idiot got too close to the hall and aggro'd the imps when Lucifron was at 50%. After the wipe it was like everyones hopes were mangled and the guild as a whole never recovered for that night. Then we went to try Onyxia for our first time a few days later and the guild leader never showed up. No one knew what happened to the GL as he never said anything just went MIA, and the people that actually knew him in RL didnt feel the need to clue people in as to what was going on, so with no actual leadership the guild slowly fell apart.
The guild had potential, but I saw some of the problems coming even before we started playing in WoW as a guild.

sounds like a guild on our server that was an offshoot of Conquest. They crash an burned hardcore by trying to be EQ type uber.

Dont think the guild as a whole was trying to be anything like EQ uber guilds. The guild had alot of potential until the Guild leader decided to just drop off the face of the earth without telling anyone. We had a few people step up and try and lead raids, but it just didnt work. Hell the officers that we had under the GL was hardly ever around anyways.
PvP was always the main goal of the guild, but it was decided until something was done about the PvP system (since there really isnt any system in place yet without BG's) that we focus on gear. I guess the guild relied to much on one person and it came back to bite the guild in the ass.
