Woot!!
A trial lawyer who specializes in extorting millions of dollars for his clients and has less than 1 term of experience in elective office and no experience in any sort of executive or leadership role. Not only that, one who most likely would lose reelection!
Furthermore he fails the #1 most important litmus test for any candidate, he wasn't in Vietnam -- just ask Kerry you cant be qualified for anything if you didnt server with your (insert pitiful MA accent here) "Band of Brothers."

"When I came back from Vietnam in 1969, I don't know if John Edwards was out of diapers then. Well, I'm sure he was out of diapers."
-John Kerry

Well, at least we can all rest assured that Kerry will pick only the most experienced for his cabinet.

By disguising this warhead as a crayon, d**k plots to eliminate the young Edwards from the campaign.

Why would he need to eliminate him? He's an inexperienced, tax-dodging, leftist, corrupt trial lawyer. His record speaks for himself. He does have a charming southern twang, though. That seems to be what leftists vote on nowadays.

That depends. If the final vote is close, Democrats will be complaining about how Bush stole the election from Kerry for four years.

That would be Joe "If we just ban violent video games, everything will be ok" Lieberman.

It was Lieberman, he had to stop playing the dad on ALF to campaign

Although I am very excited at this announcement it is not so much for the upcoming terms as VP but the future rally:
Edwards in 2012!

I like him a lot more than Kerry, that's all. I'm glad he's involved so I have a reason to care more than just disliking Bush.
Pessimism is never a reason to be politically motivated. I don't need to dwell on the negative to support Edwards because as far as I can tell he spends all his time focusing on what he has in mind to make things better and not why you shouldn't vote for the other guy.
