How unbalanced is the game economy breakdown in PotBS? I want to play this game and I have heard that the economy is not one of the best you can find in any game. I do not if that is true, because I did not manage to find anything relevant to this. Would any veteran player tell me something about the economy? Is it true that it is just gone in the wind?

You should not be worried about the economy aspect or any breakdowns in PotBS. You should just play the game and enjoy it. The economy is one of the best if you compare it to any other game, including MMO and every other genre. Only in one or two MMORPG, you can compare with it. There are many aspects you can explore and to improve, but I would leave that to you. I will not tell you anything more, because I do not want to spoil your game-play, if you decide to play Pirates of the Burning Sea. I know that you will be very happy once you start to play it, even if there would be economy breakdown.
