He said "Bush-Cheney"

Actually margin for error = 1/ sqrt(N)
Let N = 2, so margin for error is around 70%!!!
That means he is undecided!

Actually the math is correct, but the interpertation might be off 
Margin for error with 95% confidence = .98 / sqrt(n)
