EU Population of Everquest 2

Hey, I am from the Netherlands and have a question about EQ II population. It seems that the US servers are more populated than EU servers, so is it worth switching to them? Is anyone from EU playing on US servers? Are there any lags or other connection problems that I could experience?

I think it’s not worth switching, although you shouldn’t have lags on the US server, there are more odds that lags would happen there. Also, the regular downtime on EU servers is 4 AM GMT, while the US downtime is in the middle of the day (in Europe). Moreover, the population is pretty healthy on EU servers.
