Brael or one of you EQ stat geeks, what does all the new shit actually do for melees?

Accuracy + 10 ??
Shielding 2%? (I think this one reduces incoming melee damage by the stated %, right?)
Combat Effects + 15?
Avoidance + 10?

and does it all stack? so confusing when I click on people's Magelos, no idea wtf shit does now lol

Shielding is weird, it shields the stated % of incoming damage but it works off DB and shaves the %age of the DB off the DI (Damage base and damage interval). Most mobs DB's are to low to really matter from what i've seen. Someone can correct me if I completely misunderstood how shielding worked =p

I remember reading about DB and DI on thesteelwhiner and thinking, "Wow, here's something you won't ever talk about at a party where there's more than 2 females." At least you can talk about "f****t gay CoS training us" with a slight measure of more dignity. Sad

Not true, I was talking to my cousin about it yesterday and it made her want to f**k me more... granted that was only one female

To answer your question though accuracy increases your hit rate, shielding reduces the mobs db by the amount you have, avoidence adds to your avoidence ac (like defense does... rather than mitigation ac like armor/buffs do), and combat effects makes you proc more

Nope, I just seem to have a strange effect on my family members, at various points both of my step sisters and now 2 of my 4 female cousins have wanted to f**k me.

Did they come out say they wanted to f**k you, or did you simply misinterpret a smile?

Uhh ya... no misinterpreting, so how did this get derailed to discussing how my family is more f****d up than Buntz's?

Yes.

The funniest experience for me at a FF was meeting Nazlug in Vegas. He's a really nice, quiet guy. I knew who he was because I had talked to him on and off ingame and I knew he'd be there. When I went up to go say hi and shake his hand, the ranks of ED'ers swarming him sort of temporarily split up just enough to allow me to greet the man and walk away. The entire time I could see them all staring at me with these scowls of "who the f**k is this gimp?"

It's just funny how people treat you irl like they would in game. I've some really nice ED people over time..... as well as some really bad ones.

-Nah-

Thanks to my friends Monterat and Fenir in Huntington, I've met some really cool people from EQ. Can't think of any dicks at all - guess I'm just lucky. Very Happy I'm sure a fanfaire would change my mind about that, though.

Geek swarms, now that is some funny shit!

Reminds me of that SpongeBob episode where spongebob goes to that jellyfishing convention and there is the leet jellyfishing club and their leader Kevin? This immediately came to mind =p.

Never gone to a FF but I would assume people do, judging off the number of tells I've recieved in the last 24 hours that my magelo profile is down (the cool part is, it's down because my stats are too high or thats what I'm told).
