RoK all-in-one was released a while back.
39.99 gets RoK and all previous expansions ands packs.
Thats the entire game for 39.99
But wait, it came with more
ALL rewards associated with those expansions and the time frames between each expansion.
So,when you buy RoK, you get all veterans rewards as well.
They screwed people who have been playing since release, but made people,such as myself, happy to play as we do not have to look and linger at what others got as we get it as well.
The Jboots were not given as far as I can tell, but everything else was as well as a ton of items your account wouldn't have.
