So far it's what I think,
You simply cant do shit in any dungeon alone or with a partner.
Of course they add and will add more solo mobs for players but remember this...solo mobs are always near groups of mobs and you can bet your ass that even if you are cautious that soon or later you will agro a full group and get killed.
Lots of people here complained about FFXI being only for groups...well EQ2 might even beat it.
So unless you can spend many hours a day straight playing I suggest you pass over EQ2, or else you will only play alone and never even see anything fun of the game.
Once you are out of the starting zones pass Quenos and Freeport it's an hardcore game all the way.
full group to travel and play. full group to even guild groups for dungeons.
They once again listened only to kids with no life...

Might want to go get WoW instead. EQ2 isn't ment to be easy, you're not supposed to hit 50 in a few weeks.
There's always some mobs you can solo, or quests you can do - it's just not very efficient. Then again, isn't grouping the point of an MMORPG?

Much better than listening to the casual playerbase and having lvl 50s after 3-4 weeks. There's a reason lvl 50 stuff is called endgame - there's a game before that.

I never said that hitting 50 in a few weeks is the way to go.
It's just that once again only thos ewho can offord to sit on their ass for like 10 hours straight will see the high end game which is just not normal.

What does the fact of not having the time to sit on my ass 10 hours a day makes me inferior?
Did I stated anywhere that I lacked of skills to play it?

The fact you are b******g about how hard it is says enough. I dont have the time to sit on my ass 10 hours a day either. I played beta for roughly 2-3 hours a night and had a blast. There is plenty to do solo. You just have to look around and not be retarded. Wait, nm, you are retarded.

yea, but not as much as maelstrom thinks. He doesn't realize that if you want to be hardcore then you have to put in the time. If you are playing to have fun and just chill out you can do that with a few hours a nite and you dont have to play 7 days a week either.
