how does the kill/death ratio work. I thought it was ala D2 hardcore mode type thing to see who could get the highest # of kills without dying. But I moved up today and I died 2 more times due to thinking it didnt matter anymore. Now it seems it maybe total kills / total deaths. But the numbers dont add for me that way either.

Not sure how that works, but don't care much for stats either, I'm just enjoying the game as I go and not rushing to level 50 like a bunch of other people are doing.

It's a ratio...
let's say you have 50 kills and 2 deaths... your ratio is 50 to 2, or 25 avg.
1000 kills and 5 deaths = 200 avg
etc

It is not for sure, maybe it is SUPPOSED to be.
