mini = low on the richter scale
roller = type of quake that physically rolls the earth. The shockwave travels in a wave like ripples on a pond when you toss a rock in. The other type is a jolt where it's like if you take a table and slam it against the wall. Jolt is much more viloent and unforgiving.

I live in San Luis Obispo which is about 45 minutes from the Epicenter and let me tell ya .. it was pretty hardcore... I have lots of friends in Cambria and it's a mess over there  I feel so bad for them

Apparently there are 2 reported deaths and some structural damage so far .. Also we have been warned to expect an aftershock of equal or greater magnitude within the next 7 days. YAY!

I must admit .. this one did feel like a roller coaster LOLZ .. Probably because Im on the top floor of an Quake-proofed building and it's made to sway and bend and stuff .. it was fun he he he

You get the roller effect when it hits landfill, imagine taking a bowl of jello and slam it down on the counter, thats the effect a earthquake has on landfill, in fact it can maginify the effect of the quake. on solid ground it more like a jolt and shake, on landfill its like earth waves.

Some parts of the coast are still without power.. we had about 50 little aftershocks all through the night.. it was funny he he he .. I felt like I was rolling on E again
