Hello, I am guessing that here I will maybe get some answer on the Dungeons & Dragons matter. I am using the new Windows Vista operating system, and already have heard some complains on Vista and playing online games, but then I’ve got the urge to try the game and see if the rumors were true, and guess what they were. Got some error message not allowing me to approach the game? What now?

Oh, good new Vista problem. Many Vista owners players complain on getting the message “An update error occurred: General Access Denied Error” that is not allowing them to enter the game. Launcher keep retrying and but doesn’t get any further. First be sure that your UAC is on, and re-add the game to your firewall exclusion list, even though it was already added earlier. Problem suppose to get solved if you go into programs list, right click on it’s icon, and you should see the option “Run as Administrator”, showing you the security shield and will give the program required rights. Permanent updating the rights you will achieve with right – click the icon, then go to compatibility tab and there you will see” Run as Administrator” box that you suppose to check. I am not sure because I never tried it but I heard that for some people that trick did work for some didn’t, so good luck. But what I heard so far, Vista OS is not getting good reviews all the time, especially on the matter of gaming. Maybe going back to “OS roots” and skipping new experimental ones is always a better choice.
