Oh it works trust me, well in some cases, but thing that you noticed is not something to dismiss, but I think guys worry more about doing the triple multiclass which is tops that you can use. But in every multiclass pay attention not to cut something that some class needs like sorcerers/ wizards/clerics need their spells, and ranger, fighter paladin and barbarian not asking to be attached to high class level. If you are combining don’t go for to many enhancements, could slow you down more then do you good. So pay attention on alignments combo paladin/barb is not possible one. Go for Fighter 2//Rogue 6 for exa. What combos work for others let them tell you, I hope I helped a bit , must rush, going out.
