I viewed the source at the moskau 1989 ytmnd site (don't remember the exact address), copied the url for the wav file, created a webpage linking to it, right clicked the link, saved it to my desktop, converted it to a 250ish kb MP3, emailed it to my cellphone, saved it, and set it as a ringtone. Oh, and it is wonderful.
I also have the super macgyver world soundfile as a ringtone :)

I could do that in the same fashion, but I'd have to crop the song at some point. It might not work the same for your phone and carrier. Haha, it's probably easier. Verizon goes out of its way to make custom ringtones difficult to deal with.
