So what are the dragons like? Are they nice dragons who give quests and sell reasonably priced mana batteries, or are they like that one mean dragon with the huge teeth that hangs out in front of ToV?
Are they oriental looking with names like Wu'Zhin the Stardrifter, or Out-Of-Ideas EQ Developer names like Blerggztgxxtra the Fhgjcm9ed?
Are they like ToV dragons but with 18 times the hit points and 500 times the damage, or have they taken a relatively fresh new outlook on the idea?

The main (only) dragons so far have been "Tirranun, the Ancient Protector" "Rikkukin the Defender", "Kessdona the Enlightened", "Yar'lir the Matriarch" aka "Yar'Lir the Living Storm" aka "Yar'lir the Mistress of Storms" aka "Yar'lir the Hurricane's Eye" and "Vishimtar the Fallen"

the expansion is kinda like WoW in a way, with missions and tasks and it brought email to EQ.... thats why i hate this expansion, i quit WoW and go back to EQ 3 weeks later they bring WoW into EQ!

It was cute for like a week.
Yeah Mail and Tasks and Missions are horrible!
I am sure sitting in Walls of Slaughter at like the "North Hill" or some shit is much better than doing something with a puropse!
I bet you hate the fact that EQ has better maps now too?

no i love the maps =).... and the ELEMENTAL GEAR.... i have mostly time + gear now

It seems if I bought a blank EQ account, I would still have a long path ahead of me before I could have time loot, right? Calling it 'three expansions ago' doesn't make it any less difficult to obtain.

I think "Dragoons of Norrath" would have been a better expansion. Who here didn't like Dragoon Barber W`Selo in The Overthere? Nobody!

Nah, you just join a guild that's already doing it. If the shit's rotting anyway then you can get "Time+" gear on your first raid, even as a recruit. If you're in a guild that plows all the way to Time then sure, you deserve some credit. But joining a guild that's already farming a zone and then going "YEAH b*****s I GOT MAD LOOT CUZ IM GOOD" is retarded. You didn't do anything special, they did fine without you 30 other times, all you did was shorten the fight by 7 seconds with your amazing dps.
As for the bragging in general, I have no problem with people doing older content! But don't then turn around and boast about how wonderful you are for killing something that was introduced in what, 2002? It's an internal victory, sure, but don't go strutting around looking for a public pat on the back for doing something that was done years ago with fewer people, lower levels, and crappier gear / AAs.
