I am sitting on my dorm and there is a shitload of nigs in the next rooms. There is a poor helpless domesticated white kid in there too who was cursed with this evil spawn of satan as a roomate. Now all of the other unevolved monkeys go in this room and blare the most annoying f*****g rap music on the planet. What should I do?
Murder is the obvious way to go.
However I do not think I can stand in the room that long to shoot them all. With that many of them in there it has to smell like total ass. I figure this is a sefl defense method used in the jungle to ward off any predators. Therefor I would pass out and they would have the opportunity to feast on my flesh.
Sneaking in and cutting his cables is also an option.
Urinating on his bed.
Slapping his babys mamma.
A hired black hitman that is immune to the smell?
Mutilation by Katana Sword.
These are some of my ideas.
Can anyone but Wulfheart give me anything else?

Talking like a rational individual never works in situations like this. Just get them busted repeatedly by the cops/security, and eventually they may just get the hint, or get booted even!
Trust me, I know people like that, and they never turn down the music. They will do it for a minute until the cops leave etc..but then its right back up.
I just had an idea though. Write an essay about why people tend to copy musicians (especially blacks) style and demeanor, and why they become so attatched to their writing or message. Apply that rationale to current hip hop artists, and of course, your neighboor's friends...(the "nigs") and then proceed to berate them on every little detail about how they act and why they're all up in hur actin' a fool. "YAINT NEVAH SHOT NO BODY, SO WHY YOU CARRY YO' PANTS LIKE YOUS GOTTA GAT TUCKED BEHINE YO' BELT?!"
Something like that...yes...do this in a bathrobe while smoking out of a wooden pipe, it will be sure to earn you points.

We have done that. Thanks for pointing out the obvious to the extreme. Everyone on the hall has asked them to turn down the music atleast on weekdays by 10 like the rules say because most everyones classes are morning classes. They say ok but dont do it and our Hall leader is to big of a puss to talk to them. "They will turn it down eventually im sure". He is surely wrong.

ok here's what I would do.
since you've already talked to them, next time it is during quiet hours and they're being rowdy, call the security officers OR get a Hall Leader from a different floor involved. Your Hall Leader is obviously not doing his job and should receive an enema. Personally, I would involve a Hall Leader first, then if not, call campus security.

Your only alternative is to offer them a bottle of gin and juice or whatever the hell they drink laced with sleeping powder! Then when they are all passed out you hogtie them and go drop them off in Mississippi with some crack sprinkled all over them.

What kind of heating do you have?
My solution only works in the winter months but hey... If you have radiators in your rooms go take a p**s on when they are out. When the heat comes on they will not be able to stay in their room. Repeat as needed.

Our dorm is still under construction and the head of our dorm still lives in a different dorm. Our dorm isnt even on campus its across the highway its brand new. The only guy I can talk to is my Hall Leader who is scared of everything. He asked me if my turtle bites or jumps. Its the size of a quarter. Then he said he was scared to touch it. How does a turtle jump?
