Make sure the payment off balance or e-check and Cancle&Claim.
That way no chargebacks. Credit Card payments could result to a chargeback.

yeah offload the money out of your paypal account once you receive it. Also keep screens of your transaction with timestamps.

And with most games you can take the account back usually no matter how much info you give them, he screws you take the account back then report him for stealing it...sometimes they ban IP's.(I.e. if he steals your WoW account he will have to play through a proxy or get a new router etc cause his current IP would be banned).

I've been using money bookers and Western union. I like Western Union too, because you can get the $ in your hot little hand first >.<

Hmm okay. Need some help.

Sold my account on here and 5 hours later he does a charge back. I have screens/chat logs and even email proof of me sending them to him. He even confirms this in a chat log.

What are the chances of me not getting the money taken off me?

Please help Smile

I found the way to get around people claiming fraud charges. I put up my auction and received like 8 messages from scammers. Then when I tell them I'm shipping them the information with a tracking number and certified, I don't receive another message. If you send them the information via mail certified with a tracking number, there is no way they can claim fraud charges on paypal. Paypal will not authorize a fraud charge under $150 with a tracking number and saying it was received. If it's over $150 they require it was certified meaning they signed for it. This will solve a lot of your problems and will keep the scammers at bay. Spread the word guys. This is about the only resolution to the paypal fraud scam.

Well...A fair way to trade would be don't give the info to him. Just pass and user.

Person A buys person B's account. Person A decides to chargeback. Person be can recover the account. Vise-versa.

Method looks pretty fair.

Well this method works on Runescape, I don't know how other game recoveries work.
