Disable Bountys within lvl range in Archlord?

Hi! I have a problem with game Archlord. I installed it a few days ago, and my progress is better then usual progress in the game for new players. But, I have a problem in the game, so I think that this is the right place to ask question like this. Should bountys be disabled when the player is within your lvl range? If a player is 4 lvls or less below you should they be able to bounty you for - 10 exp loss? Is that so?

Hi! Of course they should be disabled! People can argue about the 4 levels below, but it's insane that a higher level player can bounty a lower level player. I can understand that it's not easy implementing (what about nv1 etc) but still. It's a PvP game ... I'm not saying that grieving someone is ok, thats what the GM's are for. But comeon people PvP game ...
