Farcry supports it and from what I've read on the beta, its a very stable direct X and supposedly boost performance on most DX based games.

I've been using it for a while with SP2 beta. Even if you don't have a 6800 to use for its SM3 features it is worth downloading. You wont see a frame rate increase in most games, but image quality goes up big time and also SOUND QUALITY is better.
