Can I expect major Differences between EverQuest 2 classes or are they pretty much the same, when you look at their power? I think this second option is more likely, but I want to make sure, before I decide on one class that is the best for me. What is your experience regarding EverQuest II classes?

You are totally right. There are four major classes and although they are pretty different among themselves, they are all equal. The only difference that you will feel is if you choose the wrong class for you. If you make this poor choice you will be facing other classes that are going to seem much more powerful then your own is. Trust me, I was there. So, the conclusion is that all classes are almost equal and the only difference is what you make out of them. This is the hardest choice that you will be forced to make in the entire game.
