Either the mods will move it or they won't. The easiest way to avoid all this trouble is to not read the thread, but of course that would be too much to ask, hence the creation of said political forum.

Scary as it may be Celestra there is a LARGE block of hte American public who are spoon fed by Michael Moore, the Daily Show and papers like the NY and LA Times, who believe the vast majority of what he says.
Michael Moore was given a seat of honor next to former President Jimmy Carter at the Democratic National Convention this summer, what does that tell you about the entire party? He is mainstream Democrat in the US, at least mainstream Democratic leadership.

Iraq and terrorism held about 50% of the top priorities in the election. Gay marriage and abortion were the next largest I think.
If we have an election based on morals the Dems just can't win.

Actually, "morailty" wound up being the top issue. Liberals just can't understand morality, because they're a bunch of degenerates. Now they just equate morality with idiocy. Bush also won on terrorism, because he has been extremely effective. Spain got a dozen bombs for their election...we got a video tape. The Republicans lost on the economy, but only because leftists spent $300 million trying to get people to believe they run a good business. Republicans have turned the economy for the better incredibly effectively. Now they have to cut social programs to bring down government spending and they're operating at 100%.

Well morality can cover the war and gays I guess, but the figures I saw gave Iraq around 25% and terrorism around 25%.

Really? Then why do liberals want to legislate gay marriage into law? Oh...I see. Liberals don't want to legislate opposing opinions (i.e. moral ones). Moron. And we didn't f**k last night. She was at her cousin's rehearsal dinner and I was in Chicago on business. Her cousin is getting married today...you know...that thing where a man and a woman get together for life and start their own family. I'm sure you've heard of it. Clinton was "married". If you took a vote in the south about slavery (either in the 1860s or today) I'm sure you'd get overwhelming support for it. That doesn't make it right, and it doesn't make it fascism to outlaw it. How can giving people more freedom be construed as fascism? Saying that a woman has the right to do with her body as she wishes is somehow fascist? You're an anus with extra fissures.

Your ignorance is astounding. I detect a hell of a lot more racism from up north than down south. A baby is not part of a woman's body. It has a different genetic code and is therefore a distinct person. Killing a baby is therefore murder. It is, in fact, very similar to the issue of slavery. In both instances, one person wants to completely decide the destiny of another. You apparently support that concept. And yes...the judicial oligarchy is fascism.
