Unfortunately, esp. after Demonoid opened signups a little while ago, this exchange would be completely unfair on the person trading Blackcats

Yes but Demonoid is insanely easy to get an invite fore. They are pretty much a public tracker with "suggested" sign ups. That is why it is kinda unfair.
