With Player versus Player battles? No. you build the levels with completing quest, which is the core of Roleplay. You must play the RP element of the game. It takes longer time to finish, but it is worth it. In the task of completing a quest, you learn about the game, about the environment and about other players. You cannot do that if you are only doing the PvP stuff.
