I keep hearing about terrible PUG stories from disappointed gamers, both in DDO and otherwise, but the other night I had a great one, no complaints whatsoever. A group of six total strangers got together (I played a pally) and went on through to finish butchers row and water works stuff on normal, hard, and elite. No wipes, no pullouts, decent loot total. Just thought I shared in contrast to all the negative stuff people post lately.

Well, good for you, but I don't really see the point. There are - shall we say unpleasant - PUG experiences that people have every right to complain about. I don't see how a good one makes up for that. Wake up and smell the roses, people. DDO is in need of some serious interventions in more than one area.
