It's sort of a strange situation, let me try to explain. When creating my trial account, I thought I had entered everything, but I got sent to the "enter CD key" page again, as if stuck in an infinite loop. So I tried again with another address/CD key, and the same thing happened. I figured it was a system bug, and I must've completed account creation. So I go out and log in, I see 2 trial accounts there, I choose one, play around, make some toons. I decide to upgrade to full, and when I do it, it was apparently for the wrong trial, because none of my chars were in! I cancel that one, and upgrade the other one, and now it's OK, except: "account will become inactive once the current billing date expires", does that mean they'll effectively charge me double?! Because it was their system malfunction that caused this in the first place!
