Is there any program that seems to work well with ripping exact images of DVDs that I would then burn onto blanks?

Nero has this copy-right b******t, was wondering if there was anything else out there.

Second for dvdshrink, I usually just re-author and just take the actual movie file.

Dr. Divx if you just want to have movies on your computer they get down to about a gig depending on what quality you want.

I think theres a way around the nero copyright block. I could be wrong but I believe its just a simple code you enter in.

user the newest nero recode that comes with nero 6.6.0.8 or later
this is basically the next version of dvdshrink the author of shrink has discontinued dev and support of shrink since he got hired by nero to dev recode.

Recode by default won't rip copyproteced disks..use the program anydvd to bypass this..after that it works flawelessly.
