I really love dungeons and dragons online, but there is one thing that makes me crazy and that one thing is ruining everything good about this game that is my favorite. DDO's Terrible Customer Service is what I am talking about. I cant imagine what is wrong with the people that work there. Every time I called them, they were useless.

First I want to say that I dont work in dungeons and dragons customer service, because it will look like that when I finish saying what I have to say. Now that we got that out of our way I can precede with the rest of the answer. Every time I called them they were more then nice and they helped me out every time as well. I think they are the kindest customer service that is available for online games and I ju8st cant believe what you are saying about them. I am sure you are wrong. They are just as amazing as is the game.
