Custimizing armor in Warhammer Online

Hey all I herd that armor can will be custimizable and that you can add stuff and make it hevier and better deff or take stuff off if you want and make it liter and easier to wear is that true coz I dont wanna find out that you can only make custom fluff and shit like that

As far as I know, any equipment customization that we see will be 100% cosmetics. I don't think it would really work any other way.
