I read a lot and I am currently reading:

Steel My Soldiers Hearts by Col. David Hackworth. Excellent historical book about one unit in Vietnam, very open and honest look.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1590710029/qid=1068004725//ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl14/102-6579015-2954556?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

Curious as to what everyone elses intrests are reading...

Just finished Daugter of the Empire, Servant of the Empire, and Mistress of the Empire straight in a row. Decided to go and re-read Ecotopia before I go back and finish Wizard and Glass (then I'll have to go buy Wolves of the Calla).

ecotopia wasn't bad, i had to read it because i'm in a utopian lit class, but i think the whole thing about no cars, and nothing actually fun no being there was lame.

George RR Martin's A Game of Thrones, because Aandidar seemed to enjoy it and he also seemed to enjoy the Sword of Truth series which I liked so I figured I'd give it a shot since it is in a similar genre.

Eisenhower the President by Steven Ambrose.

Bob Dole has discovered there is worth in any book, fiction or nonfiction, for the person who takes the time to read. As I decided to dedicate my life to public service, I have taken great interest in biographies of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Dwight Einsenhower, a fellow Kansan, has served as a role model throughout my career. Not only was Eisenhower an admirable Chief Executive, but he was also a great commander of those he led in the Army. To date, Eisenhower the President by Stephen Ambrose, remains my favorite source of Ike inspiration.

American Gods by Neil Gaiman.. Won the 2002 Nebula award. f*****g fantastic book, unlike anything I have read. It is in my top 10 along with the George RR Martin series and the Tolkien books, and 1984.

Spink, next read Magician: Apprentice

Also, read The Cystal Throne... not a whole let of depth in the later books, but makes for a enjoyable read.

Out of laziness I failed to hit the edit button.

Also, the Shannara books. Druid, Elf Princess, Scions, Sword, so on. Start with The Sword of Shannara though... I think that's the first one.

Just got finished with the entire Chronicles of Narnia - felt like going back and reading some good ol' shit. Ran through the Ender's game series recently as well.

Currently on some Grisham - The Brethren.
