Situation A:
You just bought FFXI and enabled your first content ID.
If you create a character with that content ID, can you delete it and create another with the same content ID?
So like, do you have to pay again if you delete the character you created and want to remake it?

If you delete the character you can remake for no fee, that's pretty much how hitachi's fast remake trick works in the sticky thread at the top, also you can make extra content ids and they work for free until the end of your free month if you wanna do early money making quests a few times over...
