Ok, so I've been dating this girl that works downstairs for a little over a month now. She is an agency employee(temp) who does basic data entry. She is young, still going to school, and therefore doesn't take the job too seriously. She also works part time at night, though she recently quit that job because she didn't have time to focus on her schoolwork.
Our relationship has been a secret and only a few people really know about it, and I just got some terrible news after our managers meeting. She is being let go at the end of the week, because she talks too much and her productivity showed this. Now, should I mention this to her? Should I warn her that she might be let go and that she should start looking for another job? I feel bad, because she relies on the income especially since she just quit her second job.

If you tell her you're risking getting in trouble with work, if you dont tell her you risk her getting p****d at you.
Job > Chick.

I'd tell her.
Especially if your dating her. And if you truely like her then why keep something like that from her. If you have a good pact of trust between you and her then I doubt your employers would ever know how she found out that she was getting fired.

Maybe you can hire her to hold your penis so it doesn't touch the toilet bowl when you nap.

No. Keep your trap shut. When you said its "mostly a secret" and only "a few people" know yer dating her you lost.
You cant say anything or you risk getting fired as well.
Besides, poor girls will put out for food. Thats what Scrab tells me.

NO. Absolutely do NOT tell her. If she has other friends in the company, eventually she'll tell them that you were kind enough to let her know a few days before it happened ("he's so sweet. he's got a big heart...and more...") and then it will get back to the other managers.

There is no advantage to telling her, shes gonna get fired nothing is really gonna stop it if they already made the decision. If you were there when you made the decision all telling her will do is bring up questions like "Why didn't you stand up for me?" etc, that get you further into the shit.
Plus if she can't keep her f*****g yap shut then theres a good chance that by telling her she will probably tell someone else at the company.. and..
Good job > p***y

If you have to let her know do it anonymously somehow. Otherwise if/when it gets back to other managers you'll get screwed over. Learn from the Ferengi, Rule of Acquisition 285 clearly states "No good deed ever goes unpunished."

Don't tell her, nothing good can come of it. Chances are she doesn't give a flip about the job anyways.

Remember, no matter what do not give women extra information, leave them out of the loop whenever it has not been demanded. When asked give a truth that leaves out any information that provides incriminating evidence or would lead her to think of something incriminating.
if you ever do get caught you will have lost the initial trust factor and you are doomed unless she either: 1. forgets (rare) 2.decides trust is less important than what/who you are, or 3. she forcedly purges it from her memory (yet it remains in the subconcious: worst case, because she will unconciously distrust you, but remain unable to provide a reason as to why. this is the worst because she will go extra legnths to confirm suspicions and suspicisions tend to be correct among women who distrust men.
ohh, and you're getting fired too.

Drop her now before you have to financially support her after she gets fired repeatedly for being a chatty, s****y worker.
