The best one ever is a Black Rock Depths, from an NPC gnome in badlands.
This can't be Argelmach! Argelmach was killed ten years ago. How can I be sure? I was the one who killed him.
He was a despicable dwarf, hell-bent on twisting my life's work to meet his diabolical needs. It seems that the wicked always find a way to escape justice.
If this is Argelmach's handiwork then he must be destroyed. I will need samplings of his latest creations. With the proper samples, I may be able to stop this uprising. The creations guard Argelmach in Blackrock Depths.
(quest summery)
Find and slay Golem Lord Argelmach. Return his head to Lotwil. You will also need to collect 10 Intact Elemental Cores from the Ragereaver Golems and Warbringer Contructs protecting Argelmach. You know this because you are psychic.

The Shaman quests were amazing, was working on the water totem when the servers went down. Even though they are typically the same kill such and such and bring me this thing they feel different, the quest givers being somewhat hidden and off the beaten path. Very very well done, hoping the Priest racial quests are as good, but am thinking they couldnt be.

My favorite is the one that you have to escort the nightelf out of the castle which is down the beach from ratchet, I love his sarcasim and jokes as he is being ambushed by guards.

Most of all the Darkshire ones are great if you read some of the stuff you get along with doing them.

The Morbent Fel line in Darkshire was really good, and I got a nice sword from Mor'Ladim! Downside of the Darkshire quests was sooo much running between town and Forlorn Rowe or whatever the gy was called.
