Transfers were reset at the release of TBC. While speaking with a rep at blizzard today, he made mention of this.
If you are looking to sell your account , take a moment to view your character transfer ability on toons already moved that are under a time frame and you will be pleasantly surprised Smile
Characters moved AFTER the 2nd week of TBC's release will NOT fall under this rule. Only characters moved prior and within the 1st 2 weeks.
