Computer won't recognize top CD Drive

Not sure why, but a lot of the time now, my computer won't recognize that htere is a disc ( usually music CD ) in the top drive.. When I got to MyComputer/Windows Explorer, it says there's nothing in the drive..

Yet when I have a game CD in the drive (ie Halo ) it recognizes it and I can play.
