Okay, here is the problem.
About two months ago I shut down my computer because there was a storm outside and didn't want to bother with the power going out and messing stuff up. Four or five hours after that I went to turn on my computer and once it started to load XP, the computer shut down. This went on for about an hour before the computer wouldn't even load the BIOS or the graphic card settings before it.
I called up tech support about it and they said it was my graphics card because that is what was loading before the BIOS and the POST and that would explain why the computer wouldn't even turn on. I wasn't sure about that because even with the computer off it was showing up as being connected and turned on on the hub. I also have an optical mouse and that would stay lite up and even the number lock key would stay on until I shut off the computer from the surge protector.
In the end, the company that I bought the computer from sent me a new graphics card, I installed it, and after a few more times of nothing turning on, it started to work again.
Now let's jump forward to last night. There was another storm so I shut down the computer. This was the first time I shut down the computer for longer then 5 mins at a time since it was working again. After only being shut off for an hour, it will no longer turn on again. I switched out the graphics card, and still nothing. I can get the BIOS to graphics card to load every once in awhile, but as soon as the screen says Windows XP it seems like everything shuts down. There is still power going to everything, all the fans are working, nothing is heating up, I can still hear the HD's spinning.
Any ideas?

Quite likely.
Could also be a short in your wiring somewhere, or a loose cable/connection.
You might even try disconnecting your cd drive and floppy and trying to boot up without them. Could be your video drivers too, but I doubt it.

I was thinking power supply as well. I have also noticed that when I turn it on, and it doesn't even load, I can't turn open my cd-rw or dvd drive as well. I have a digital display in the front for the temp and a neon light inside that still turn on, along with all the fans.
Once it gets to the Windows XP screen, the monitor shuts off and displays the typical blue screen of saying that nothing is connected to the monitor.

Update, bought a 430 Watt power supply, but that also didn't work. Unplugged everything, but still the same. Figures, the one warrenty ran out last month on it too.

Don't turn off your computer.

If your computer has to stay on all the time to work properly, you have big issues and it's probably a fire hazard. I always turn off my computers, it's pointless to leave them on burning up power if i'm not using them.

You might try replacing the CMOS battery. It is worth a shot and would not cost that much.

If you couldn't get your computer to POST with everything disconnected, you've ruled out everything except CPU, RAM, motherboard, and power supply. Since you just replaced the power supply, you can rule that out too.
It sounds like your motherboard but you'd probably want to check your RAM before going out and buying a new board. Bad RAM could cause all the problems you're describing.
