Ok I know nothing about computers and the following may sond horribly dumb but I have a question anyway.
None of the high speed internet connections are available at my house and was wondering if there is anything that can help me not as lag so much on online games. Something maybe I can download or something. Make pages load faster, reduce lag etc etc. Help is appreciated.

Satellite is good if you want to download stuff fast, but your upload speed will be 56k. Not very good for playing games online. I've heard of 2 way satellite connections, but not sure if they even exist.
Either way it's quite expensive. When i looked into this, there was a $400 fee for the dish, and $200 installation fee.
