Is there a way to compare ships in Eve Online? I want to play this game, but first I want to see what the differences between several classes of ships are. I think that will help me with my decision and it will make my playing of this great game much easier. I visited several main fan sites, but there was no information I need. Does anybody know how to help me?

I will try to help, but I cannot promise anything. Eve Online is the best game you can ever play, and you are smart to investigate what are the differences between ships. Very few gamers are doing that nowadays. If you did not manage to find anything about comparing the ships, then you did not look at the official site of this brilliant game. There you can find any good articles, tutorials and many more things that could be helpful. Comparing the ships in Eve Online is just one of many things that you can find here.

The biggest thing to keep in mind with Eve ship comparisons in my opinion is that any ship can be great and any ship can really suck depending on how well your skills compliment that ship.
That being said if you have a specific idea of what you want to be able to do some ship swill be better at some things and you may want to build skills in order to best suit a speciic ship.
Look for an application called Eve fitting tool to compliment some of the link by the previous poster. With EFT you can create different ship builds and alter skills and levels to see what the efect would be.
Plus it can just a be a lot of fun to see what you can do with different ships.

use EFT (eve fitting tool)
you can run setups and see how your skills will effect each ship to find out its offensive/defensive capabilities.
or whatever you may want in your ship.

It really depends on what you want to do, with regards to the bloodlines. Search the internet for eve character creation or even I could give you some hints on it. PvP, industry, trade, you name it: there's a bloodline which will serve you best for it.
With money, mining and ratting are good ways. Market manipulation or even out-right buying the isk works wonders as well. I could definitely give you some pointers if you wanted, just fire me a PM so I can give you some suggests that matches your play style.
