I play Oblivion on the 360. Amazing game, though PC version would have been better for the amount of custom addons for it. Had 0 problems with it on the 360 except for a few crashes, but overall one of the best RPG's i've played.

At least it keeps the game a challenge. Though then the problem is - whats the point in collecting full daedric armour? It will add physical damage resistance and other stats if you put some decent enchants on them, so you take less damage and your weapon deals more damage, but your enemies get stronger over time. It's a good thing in my opinion, who wants to be lvl 35 and 1 shot everything in a cave? I prefer entering that cave seeing enemies with heavy armor, big damage and great loot.

The difficulty slider in the options makes a big impact on the game, so if you want to be steamrolling at lvl 35, set it to easy. If you want a more epic adventure, set it to medium/hard and play the game more realistically.

Personaly i think the oblivion saga sucked the first person view was very annoying and the movement speed was way too slow to have any fun in the series
