Everything a good administrator can do. ^^
It's not hard to report people and phishing is phishing. It's illegal and it's not hard to bust someone for it when you have logs of IPs, PMs, etc. to back your accusations. It's good to know that there are people out there that care to take the time to help their members.

buckethead, whom ever is /loling at you and giving you your info ( no, i do not believe you checked anywhere with a state or city agency ) is cracked Smile

If you would like proof i can look up your IP and check with your local government

Phishing and Paypal/Auction fraud are illegal. To agree to pay a price for a good or service then take the money back after the good or service was tendered, is fraud.

Depending on the laws where the person was ripped off at, it can be construed as a felony if it is classified as Piracy or a scheme fraud.
Phishing, for one, is a form of Computer Piracy theft and most states will label that a felony charge. granted, most of the idiots who do it here are kids, but ...hehe..who wants 1-2 years on a Juvenile hall ?

You should actually READ and INVESTIGATE instead of assume and take the words of other kids Smile

Fraud is fraud.

Virtual fraud is still fraud and is easier to detect with a little bit of precaution before doing the deal. Digital traces are easier to find than most people.
