Is this going to be an option? What I mean is, I hope mounts and vehicles won't be so rare that they can afford to treat it as just "teleport" transport – you walk into a garage in Town A, get into a vehicle, set course, and BAM, you're in Town B. I want to see mounts and vehicles that you can actually use in the game, fighting from horseback, shooting from machine guns mounted on turrets, etc.

Don't worry, they wouldn't take such cheap shots, no modern MMO can afford to any more. It has already been confirmed that mounts and vehicles will be usable in combat, that you can shoot while riding, etc. Also, animal mounts are not just model changes for your character, they're actual separate creatures that can even be killed while under you.
