Class abilities in Age of Conan PvP

I'm looking for some information on the progression of class abilities, but I can't find any. I've checked the official site and most of the forums, but no luck. What I mainly want to know is how customizable will the class abilities be, if at all? Will there be choices to make as you progress, what to focus on, as opposed to everything being preset for you?
So far we haven't had much explained about character progression, I suppose that's still in the development or testing phase. However, we do know that class abilities will be handled mostly through feat selection (though we dont know how often and at which levels), so you will be able to customize somewhat.
