I could never own a Chinese resteraunt.. first day I'd take a cat and open the door from the kitchen and let it go running out through the joint. Then I'd go up to the specials board and cross one of them off.

I love Chinese food. Even found a halfway decent place here in Camden...one of the women running it was last living in Newark NJ LOL She told me that these people own a slew of Chinese restaurants around the country; she and her family (and others, I guess) switch off from place to place every so often. Nice racket for the owners.
