I think it was at the Underwater Easter Egg Hunt. Reportedly the body was wearing cement shoes. I don't know how much money it was, but probably quite a few clams.

My mom is a dive instructer. (that's a little higher than a Dive Master in the rank of diving...) over at Dutch Springs.
